Delivery

Quoted delivery charges refer to mainland U.K. only – for all other destinations please contact us.

Delivery charges are £4.95 per order, regardless of the number of items.

Free delivery is offered on all orders over £75.00.

If you live within the BH postcode area, please contact us as we may be able to offer free delivery. We also offer the option of collection from our shop in Bournemouth.

We aim to despatch all orders within seven working days of receipt assuming that goods are in stock – if for any reason we are out of stock of a certain item we will contact you to let you know before processing your order.


Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however we will exchange or refund any item returned to us in the original condition and packaging within seven days.

If items are returned due to being faulty or damaged we will refund the postage, in all other cases postage is non-refundable.

Every effort is taken to ensure that products are described accurately, however please bear in mind that colours may vary slightly due to your monitor, its settings or during printing. Many of our products have a distressed or ‘shabby chic’ finish meaning that individual items may have small variations, which we believe adds to their unique character.

All sizes are as accurate as possible, to the nearest cm, and are taken at the widest/longest point.
